  • The Yakutat Community Health Center is a federally funded Community Health Center.

  • We offer discounts based upon family size and income. Please request a Sliding Scale Fee Form at the health center.

  • Eligibility forms will be reviewed to determine if you qualify for discounts. You will be asked to provide proof of income.

COVID 19

NOTICE

The Yakutat Community Health Center, Emergency Response Team, EMS & Yakutat Public Safety are asking that anyone physically in Yakutat who has been notified by Public Health Officials that you or someone in your household has tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19), to please inform the Health Center at (907) 784-3275. We also ask that individuals who have tested positive to immediately inform first responders in the event you require emergency services. YCHC is continuing to complete tracing independent from the State of Alaska, as this minimizes exposure and mitigates the spread of COVID-19 in Yakutat.
